FAQ:

How is monthly rental charged?

• Monthly rental is charged on the 1st of every month. Only the first month is charged on a prorata basis, based on when you sign up. i.e. if you sign up on the 15th, you will be charged only from 15th till the end of the month for the first month

Why is my account blocked?

• Monthly rental charge is an automated process. So you need to ensure, that you have enough credit in your account to cover the monthly rental before the 1st of every month. Monthly rental is charged at 12:00 AM on the 1st of every month. If you do not have enough credit, your account will be blocked until payment is made

How can I use USD 250?

• After deduction of the first month rental on prorata basis, you can use Voiceall Wholesale routes for making calls (or)
• If you do not want to use Voiceall routes, you can use the balance of USD 250 towards payment of monthly rental

Can I use my own carriers | routes?

• Yes, you are free to use any carrier | route you like
