STEP 1

Go to Tools / Settings / Connection / SIP settings. Create the following profile
Profile Name: Voiceall
Profile: IETF Default
Access point: Your WLAN Access Point name
Public user name: 1049@sip.voiceall.net (Instead of 1049 account number example, use the account number assigned to you when signed up for Voiceall service. When registered your phone will show sip: 1049@sip.voiceall.net)
Use Compression: No
Registration: Always on
Use Security: No

STEP 2

You do not need to enter Proxy Server settings
Proxy Server Address: none
Registrar Server: none
Realm: none
User Name: none

STEP 3

Enter the following for Registrar Server settings
Registrar Server: sip.voiceall.net(When registered your phone will show sip: sip.voiceall.net)
Realm: sip.voiceall.net
User Name: 1049 (Instead of 1049 account number example, use the account number assigned to you when signed up for Voiceall service. )
Password: Enter the password that was sent to your with your activation email.
Transport Type: UDP
Port: 5060

STEP 4

Go to Tools / Settings / Connection / Internet Tel. Settings
Create a new profile for "voiceall"(1049), name it "voiceall"
Choose "voiceall" as Preferred profile

STEP 5

Reboot your phone. Once your phone is back on it will automatically register to Voiceall. Once it is registered you can start making calls.

After downloading the softphone, follow the instruction and select Voiceall from the list of Preconfigured Providers. All you have to do is enter your SIP ID and Password i.e. 1044 and xxxxxxx . Refer to the screen shots below for detailed information.
