How different are we?

At Voiceall we specialise in providing best quality at best rates calls to our customers and that is what we do. We focus only on offering you the most competitive rates for your calls. Your are free to use any VoIP device to benefit from our calling service.

How do I signup?

Click on the link on the bottom right corner of the page“ Sign up with Voiceall Get Free Call”, click on “New User” and fill in the details

How do I Pay?

Log into your Control Panel and you will see PayPal and Moneybookers payment options on the main page of the control panel. Click on your choice of payment and make the payment.

How do I get Friends Only rates?

Friend Only rates are discounted rates than the standard rates published at Call Rates. To get Friends Only rates, Like Voiceall on Facebook (top right corner of the page) and raise a ticket at Help Desk with your Facebook ID. Once we receive your request Friends Only discounted rates will be applied to your calling plan with in 24hrs.

How do I signup for a multiuser account?

By default all accounts are allocated with one concurrent call limit. i.e. you will only be able to make one call at a time. If you would like to make multiple calls at the same time? After you sign up with Voiceall, raise a ticket at Help Desk with your email ID, Username and number of concurrent calls you need.

How long will it take to activate my account?

After signing up with Voiceall, you will receive an email confirmation with your SIP ID, Password and Control Panel URL. Once you receive the email, you can start using the account.

Why do I need to give proof of ID and proof of address?

For security purposes, we need to verify your details with the payment gateway to prove that your transaction was Genuine. This will help in avoiding Fraudulent transactions.

How does Free calls work?

All unique first time user accounts are allocated a Free call credit of USD 0.10. You can use this credit to make free calls. For example, if you dial UK or USA landlines, you can talk for more than 10 minutes, with the free call credit. Apart from this, you can also make free call to other Voiceall customers by dialling their SIP ID / Virtual Number.

How do I contact support for help?

Contact Help Desk, enter your email ID which is registered with Voiceall and raise a Support Ticket. All tickets are responded usually with in 8hrs. Depending on the criticality of the issue Help Desk response time may vary.

Are there any other charges or monthly rentals?

No, nothing at all. Apart form the per minute call charges, there are no other charges at all. Unlike standard calling card or phone cards, there are no connection or disconnection charges, no daily or weekly maintenance charges, no surcharges and no rentals.

How can I Top-UP / Recharge my account?

Log into your Control Panel and you will see PayPal and Moneybookers payment options on the main page of the control panel. Click on your choice of payment and make the payment.

How can I access my payment history?

Log into your Control Panel, click on Details and then click on Payments

Where can I check my call records?

Log into your Control Panel, click on Calls and then click on Last calls. You will be shown calls history of the last 24hrs. You can also run a search on the same page to get previous call history.

How are my calls billed?

Your calls are billed as per the Call Rates and are billed per minute i.e. rounded to the nearest 60th second.

In what currency are my called billed?

All calls with Voiceall are billed in USD. EUR and GBP rates displayed at Call Rates are for reference purpose only.

Where can I check Friends Only Discounted Rates?

Friend Only Discounted Rates are applied to Friends only. i.e. users / customers who like us on Facebook. To like us click "Like Voiceall on Facebook" (top right corner of the page) and send us a request to support@voiceall.com with your Facebook ID. To check Friends Only Discounted rates, Log into your Control Panel, click on Details and then click on Rates.

I have made a payment but it has not been credited to my account?

Following could be the reasons and resolutions
- If you haven’t submitted your Proof of ID and Proof of Address: In this case, kindly raise a support ticket at Help Desk and attached the scanned copies.
- If your transaction has been flagged Fraudulent by Voiceall or PayPal or Moneybookers: You will be duly informed on further action.
- If you have made a payment using PayPal: All PayPal transactions are processed manually. It can take up to 20-30 minutes during working hours and 4-5 hours during non-working hours for the transaction to reflect / credit your account.
